After seeing a disparity of Vietnamese culture in Boston, Yeanie and Phi opened up two restaurants mid 2020 amidst a global pandemic. While confident and passionate, they couldn’t help but worry about the upcoming days, weeks, and months. 2 years now, Yeanie and Phi has helped introduce further exploration into Vietnamese and French cuisine, using both traditional as well as modern techniques.

While having opened the hybrid cafe, the couple found that their love of coffee and food has introduced more questions than answers, so they decided to dive deeper and look closer into true Vietnamese coffee.
